Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 25 October 2026

These terms apply when you use ninetypercent.com or buy from us. Please read them before you order. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

1. About us

Ninety Percent Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08289980). Our registered office is 110-112 Parkway, London NW1 7AN, and our VAT number is GB245535796.

You can contact us at support@ninetypercent.com, through the chat on our website, or through our Contact page. When we need to contact you, we'll use the email address or phone number you gave us with your order.

2. Using our website

  • You may use our website for your own personal shopping. Please don't copy, sell or reuse our content (including images and text) without our written permission.
  • Don't misuse the website. That includes hacking, scraping data, sending spam, or posting anything unlawful, abusive or misleading.
  • If you create an account, keep your password safe and tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it. You must be 16 or over to create an account.
  • If you post a review or comment, you give us permission to show it on our website and social channels. It must be honest and must not break anyone else's rights.
  • Our website links to other websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content.
  • We keep the website running as well as we can, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

3. Our products

  • We make every effort to show our pieces accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and small variations are part of how garments are made.
  • Each product page shows the fabric, fit and care instructions. Sizes are shown in the size guide on each product page.
  • All our pieces are made at EchoTex, our sister factory in Bangladesh.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in the currency of your country. For the UK, prices include VAT. For most other countries, duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout (see section 6).
  • Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • If we make a pricing mistake, we'll contact you before we accept your order and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel.
  • You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or Clearpay. Klarna and Clearpay are provided by those companies under their own terms.
  • Discount codes must be entered at checkout. Each code has its own conditions, shown where we offer it. Codes can't be exchanged for cash. Gift cards are valid for two years and are covered by our Gift card terms.

5. Your order

  • After you place your order we'll email you to confirm it. That email means we've accepted your order and there is a contract between us.
  • If we can't fulfil your order (for example, an item is out of stock), we'll tell you and refund you in full.
  • If you'd like to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders placed by 3pm (UK time) on a business day leave us the same day, so we may not be able to change them after that.

6. Delivery

  • We dispatch orders placed by 3pm (UK time) on business days. Delivery options, prices and times for each country are in our Shipping policy and Help centre.
  • We'll deliver within 30 days of accepting your order unless we agree otherwise with you. If there's a delay, we'll tell you, and if it's a long delay you can cancel for a full refund.
  • For the UK, Europe, the USA, Canada and most other countries, all import duties and taxes are paid at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. For a small number of destinations, duties can't be collected at checkout and your local customs may charge them on delivery. We'll show this at checkout.
  • The items are your responsibility once they've been delivered to you or to someone you've chosen. They belong to you once we've received full payment.

7. Changing your mind: cancellations and returns

  • You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. To do this, start a return in our returns portal (https://returnsportal.shop/ninety-percent) or tell us at support@ninetypercent.com. You then have 14 days from telling us to send the items back.
  • Items should be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all tags attached. You can handle them as you would in a shop to check the size and fit.
  • If an item comes back handled more than that (for example, worn, washed, marked or without its tags), we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value. This is usually £5 per item.
  • Return costs: returning items is at your cost. In the UK, a return label from our portal costs £3.20, taken from your refund. Outside the UK, the cost is shown in the portal, or you can use your own courier.
  • Refunds: we'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the items back, to your original payment method. If you cancel your whole order, we'll also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. We don't refund the extra cost of express or next day delivery.
  • Exchanges are available through our returns portal, subject to stock. Details are in our Refund policy and Help centre.

8. Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, not as described, or not what you ordered, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Within 30 days of delivery you can return it for a full refund. After that, you can ask for a repair or replacement, or a refund if that isn't possible. Start a return in our portal and choose the faulty or incorrect item reason, or contact us. We cover the delivery costs.

9. Our responsibility to you

  • If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses.
  • We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breaking your legal rights as a consumer.

10. Your personal data

We use your personal data as set out in our Privacy policy and Cookie policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.

12. The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protection of the laws of your country.
