Duties and taxes

For the UK, Europe, the USA, Canada and most other countries, all duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. For a small number of destinations, duties can't be collected at checkout and your local customs may charge them on delivery.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch. If your order is delayed by something outside our control, we'll keep you updated. If the delay is long, you can cancel for a full refund.

Tracking

We'll email you a tracking link when your order leaves us.
