Returns & Exchanges
- Start a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, then send it back within 14 days
- Items should be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all tags attached
- UK returns cost £3.20, taken from your refund. Your first UK exchange is free
- Outside the UK, the return cost is shown in the returns portal
- If an item comes back handled more than you would in a shop, we may deduct for the loss in value, usually £5 per item
