  • Free Standard Delivery (2–3 business days) on orders over £80.
  • £5 Standard delivery (2-3 business days) on orders under £80.
  • £8 for next business day delivery on all orders placed by 3PM GMT/ BST.


European Union (Euro)

  • Free Standard Delivery (3–5 business days) on orders over €150.
  • €15 Standard Delivery (3–5 business days) on orders under €150.
  • €18 Express Delivery (2–3 business days).


United States & Canada (USD)

  • Free Standard Delivery (4–5 business days) on orders over $150.
  • $25 Standard Delivery (4–5 business days) on orders under $150.
  • $30 Express Delivery (2–3 business days).


Rest of World (GBP)

  • Free Standard Delivery (5–10 business days) on orders over £175.
  • £20 Standard Delivery (5–10 business days) on orders under £175.

Duties & Taxes

All import duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, you wont need to pay anything extra on delivery.

 


Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In their original condition
  • With all original tags and labels attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be subject to a £5 processing fee, deducted from your refund.

UK Returns: Returns are charged £3.20 per return.

Tailoring Service

Terms & Conditions

After purchasing a Ninety Percent digital gift card on the website, you will receive an email on the email address you are using at the checkout. You can then share the code with the recipient who can use it to shop online and apply manually at the checkout.

 

Digital gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If your order is cancelled, you will receive the credited amount back on your digital gift card.


The Ninety Percent digital gift card is valid for two years from the date of purchase. If the whole amount isn’t spent at once, the balance will be applicable to your next online purchase.


Please note that you cannot redeem or buy a digital gift card alongside a discount code or other promotional discounts.
