Do I have to create an account to purchase something?
You can shop our site as a guest, however there are lots of benefits to creating an account. These include product updates, order history and tracking. And if you want to vote and support a cause, you'll need an account.
How do I make a purchase?
Using the filters to browse and find the product you're looking for, you simply add your selected items to your shopping bag. Once you are satisfied with your cart click on the shopping bag icon in the top right corner of the screen and click check out. Then simply follow the prompts to guide you through the payment process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and other payments through PayPal.
What currency do I pay in?

We are continuously trying to keep our stock replenished to offer the best selection of items. We will be keeping some of our classic garments as continuity pieces from season to season alongside the new season's range. Do you offer student discount?
At present, we are not offering student discount; however we understand the value of students around the world and are currently exploring ways to offer a discount. You are our future!
What do I do if my discount code is not working?
If your discount code isn't working please check that you have typed it correctly without any extra spaces or characters. You may also need to check that CAPS lock is on or off depending on your code, as the code may be case sensitive. Please also take note of any discount criteria that may need to be met, for example minimum spend or promotion date. If you have checked all of the above and your code is still not working, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Services team, or try our online chat.
When will I receive my order?

How long does it take for my return to be processed?
Once we receive the items, we will process your refund within 7 days and credit your original payment method.

What do I do if I am locked out of my account?
